Recruitment &
Employer Branding

Creating an effective recruitment campaign means asking the right questions: Who are we trying to reach? What do they need to know? How do we communicate that message and what actions do we want to inspire? At Primetime, we work with private companies, public institutions, and organisations that want to strengthen their employer brand and improve their recruitment potential.

Our systematic approach to analysis and insights lays a solid strategic foundation for both recruitment and employer branding campaigns. By identifying the target audience, understanding our client’s unique position in the market, and sharpening the most relevant messages, we create communication that resonates and attracts the right people.

Campaigns

Campaigns come in all shapes and sizes. They can inform, shift opinions, or even change behaviour. And they can cover everything from health and safety to energy efficiency and e-commerce.
At Primetime, our campaigns are grounded in human insight – how people think, act, and most importantly, react – especially when we’re not being fully rational. This is where communication truly makes a difference. We start with the audience, choose the most relevant channels, and craft creative concepts that make people stop and pay attention.

PR & Crisis Management

Expectations for brands have never been higher. Today, brands are expected to take responsibility, stand out, and make a difference. We help our clients do exactly that – from shaping impactful strategies to executing PR activities, hosting events, and creating content that builds visibility. Whether we’re launching good stories or managing difficult moments, we ensure the right balance between media, journalists, brands, and audiences.

Digital & Social

In today’s landscape, digital presence is essential – and expectations are rising fast. Brands are expected to be responsible, relevant, and distinct. We support our clients from strategy to execution, helping them succeed across digital channels. Whether through smart content, paid campaigns, or community engagement, we build a visible, credible, and engaging presence that drives results. We connect platforms, people, and purpose – because communication only works when it’s noticed, remembered, and acted upon.

Public Affairs

How do you protect your interests? How do you build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders? And how do you navigate public expectations while engaging in both national agendas and industry-specific regulation? Public Affairs is about understanding the world around you — and knowing how to shape it.

We offer support from the first political analysis to the concrete plan that ensures your agenda breaks through. Through strategic advice and a strong network, we help establish meaningful dialogue with politicians, authorities, and other stakeholders. Our work is both strategic and operational.

Alexander Grandt Petersen Partner & Director, Public Affairs & Insights

We develop tailored PA strategies rooted in your business reality. We craft messaging, map the stakeholder landscape, and create concrete action plans to help you influence your environment with clarity and confidence.

We support high-stakes, business-critical issues through direct dialogue with decision-makers. We activate our network to give you access, facilitate relationships, and equip you to speak on your own behalf — because the most legitimate advocacy is your own voice.

We help define your position in the public and political landscape. Which topics should you own? What actions will strengthen your credibility? Stronger positioning means stronger stakeholder trust — and long-term business value.

We identify key stakeholders and their influence. With a deep understanding of their needs and expectations, we help you build and maintain productive relationships that support your business goals.

We co-create concrete, actionable policy proposals aligned with your strategic priorities — communicated clearly to influence real political action.

We guide you in owning and driving a relevant societal conversation — one that increases your influence and builds legitimacy. With sharp arguments and strategic campaigns, we move opinions and start real dialogue.

We integrate ESG into your public affairs strategy—ensuring your business stays ahead of political and societal developments. We help identify relevant ESG themes and embed them into stakeholder engagement and regulatory positioning.

By working proactively with ESG, customers can achieve a stronger position in relation to decision-makers and stakeholders. We help identify the relevant ESG topics and ensure that they become an integral part of the company's engagement and dialog with authorities, politicians and other key stakeholders.

We track legislative and regulatory developments — nationally, locally, and across sectors. From new reforms to committee work and debates, our monitoring keeps you informed and prepared for what’s next.

Concept & Design

Creativity can’t be boxed in but its value is well documented. Great creative work cuts through the noise, makes people care, and moves ideas forward. Some challenges call for insight-driven concepts. Others demand bold design. We do both – with a firm belief that creativity, done right, is one of the most powerful tools of modern communication.

Rasmus Frimand Jensen Partner & Creative Director

Logo design is about creating a simple and recognizable visual symbol that reflects a company's identity, values and purpose. A good logo works across media and formats, creates recognizability and lays the foundation for the overall visual identity.

Productions

We believe in the power of film and so do our clients. Video is playing an increasingly central role in media strategies, and as part of our creative team, we’ve built an in-house production unit: Primetime Productions. Most of our films are developed and produced internally, while larger projects are supported by our trusted network of directors, cinematographers, and sound and lighting professionals.

Toke Christensen Chief Creative Producer

Our fully equipped studio hosts a wide range of productions throughout the week. It’s where we run media training sessions, record sharp interviews, and shoot professional portraits in lighting that highlights both people and messages. We’ve created a space where seasoned executives and first-time guests alike feel at ease — where creativity and quality go hand in hand.

A great film begins long before the camera starts rolling. That’s why we place strong emphasis on preparation. We help shape your message, structure the story, and tailor the production to your audience, format, and platform — whether it’s a single interview or a multi-camera shoot. That way, you get maximum value from your time, budget, and story.

When the camera starts rolling, we’re in our element. Whether we’re in the studio or filming on location, our team of experienced producers and camera crews work efficiently and calmly, creating a comfortable environment for everyone on set. We think creatively about visuals, tone, and narrative—and we always focus on what brings the story to life.

Some stories are best told from above. As certified drone operators, we offer high-quality aerial footage always with full compliance regarding safety, permits, and regulations. We use drone shots strategically, not just as beautiful filler, but as a storytelling element that adds perspective and direction. Drone footage can be part of a larger production or booked as a stand-alone service.

This is where it all comes together. In the editing suite, we shape the story, build rhythm, and sharpen the message — whether the tone is quiet, bold, humorous, or informative. We collaborate closely with you throughout the process, making adjustments along the way to ensure the final film delivers. Our color grading enhances the mood, and with professional sound mixing, we add the finishing touch.

A strong interview requires more than smart questions. It takes presence, preparation, and a calm atmosphere. We ensure that everyone in front of the camera feels supported and guided, so they appear confident and authentic on screen. With an experienced interviewer behind the lens, we help uncover clear messages and genuine expression.

Some messages come to life through movement, color, and graphic storytelling. We produce animated films and motion graphics that make complex ideas accessible and visually engaging. Whether it’s a full-length animated explainer, infographic overlays for live-action video, or graphic content for social media, we create visual styles that attract and hold attention.

A strong image can say it all. We shoot portraits and on-location visuals with a focus on both aesthetic quality and authenticity. Whether it’s in the studio or on site, we create images that align with your visual identity and narrative. Our professional retouching and color grading elevate the final look — without ever losing what feels real.

Financial Communication

Trust and precision are non-negotiable when communicating with the financial markets. At Primetime, we have extensive experience in planning and managing communications around mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions — often in highly scrutinized or politically sensitive contexts. Our expertise also includes message training ahead of investor meetings and earnings presentations, as well as the development of annual reports and ESG disclosures.

Insight & Behavior

At Primetime, we don’t work on hunches or guesswork. We build our campaigns and communication strategies on documented insights — solid data about human behaviour that sharpens understanding and inspires better decisions. Real insights are only meaningful when they’re grounded in reality and human relevance. Whether in the form of a report or as the foundation for a full campaign, our knowledge adds clarity and direction.

Generation Z (born 1997–2013) is influential, vocal, and driven by strong values. Reaching them requires more than just good intentions—it takes resonance. That’s why we’ve established a nationwide youth panel made up of diverse, demographically balanced participants. Through focus groups, surveys and interviews, the panel evaluates everything from key messages to creative campaign concepts. This gives us valuable insights into how younger audiences perceive relevance, clarity, and appeal—insights we integrate directly into the creative process.

We map needs, behaviours and preferences using both qualitative and quantitative methods. Surveys and data analysis provide us with numbers, while interviews, focus groups and ethnographic methods offer deeper insights into people’s hopes, dreams and challenges. Based on this knowledge, we deliver actionable recommendations to improve communication, campaigns, services and strategic direction.

We combine data and societal understanding to identify and map the stakeholders who matter most to your organisation. Our analyses reveal how key audiences perceive your actions, messaging and position in the market—and provide strategic guidance on how to build, strengthen and maintain stakeholder trust and influence.

We regularly take the pulse of the Danish population — capturing views, values and changes in perception. These insights allow our clients to align strategies, policies and communication with current sentiment and societal dynamics.

We map how users experience your product, service or brand—from first touchpoint to lasting relationship. Using mixed methods, we identify strengths, gaps and pain points, and offer concrete advice on how to improve communication, service design and customer value.

We test creative concepts, messaging and materials with your target audience before they go live. Based on structured feedback, we provide actionable suggestions to sharpen visuals, language and format—ensuring that your message lands exactly as intended.

Media training

An interview isn’t a conversation — it’s an opportunity to deliver your message clearly and with purpose, even under pressure. Whether you’re in front of a camera or answering questions for print, what you say — and how you say it — matters. At Primetime, we’ve trained more top executives and senior politicians over the past two decades than most. We help you stay in control and communicate in a way that serves your organisation’s interests best.
